Bilingual Employee Service & Office Coordinator

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable bilingual professional to join our team. This is a customer service and office support position that assists applicants, new hires, and employees working in the construction trades.

Previous HR experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong office and customer service skills who is comfortable working with field employees and skilled-trades professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist English- and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees in person, by phone, text, and email
  • Help new employees complete hiring and onboarding paperwork
  • Conduct new-hire orientations in English and Spanish
  • Explain company procedures, forms, and workplace expectations clearly
  • Translate routine conversations, instructions, and documents
  • Answer employee questions and connect them with the appropriate team member
  • Enter and update information in company systems
  • Review documents for accuracy and follow up on missing information
  • Help employees access company applications, electronic forms, and mobile tools
  • Coordinate onboarding appointments and schedules
  • Scan, file, copy, email, and maintain organized records
  • Provide general customer service and administrative support
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages
  • Strong customer service and people skills
  • Comfortable communicating with construction and skilled-trades employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong computer, data-entry, and general office skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to explain information clearly and patiently
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, staffing, payroll, or similar experience
  • Experience working with field employees or in the construction industry is helpful
  • Experience helping customers or employees use mobile applications and electronic forms

A college degree and previous HR experience are not required.
