About this role

Essential Functions:

  • Creates and maintains websites, landing pages, and email campaigns using WordPress, HTML/CSS, and other web platforms as appropriate.
  • Develops responsive, user-focused designs by applying UX best practices, optimizing graphics, imagery, and other digital assets.
  • Independently researches company products, target audiences, and industry trends to create accurate, engaging, and effective digital content with minimal direction.
  • Identifies and suggests appropriate design concepts or website themes.
  • Optimizes custom graphic elements and iconography as required by project to meet the standards of today’s devices.
  • Sources related imagery to create the client’s story in a compelling and impactful way.
  • Applies a creative eye and UX awareness to projects.
  • Creates responsive web and email treatments for customer intelligence automation software.
  • Maintains and modifies the front-end of the company website in Adobe CMS.
  • Maintains and updates e-commerce's front-end UI and inform the development team of any bugs or technical issues identified.
  • Reviews website analytics and user behavior data to recommend UX and performance improvements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess projects, requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Participates in planning meetings/conference calls as necessary.
  • Tracks project progress using company-approved tools and participates in planning meetings as needed.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience creating websites through WordPress.

Pay Range: $30.00-$33.00/hr
