About this role

DEINE MISSION

  • Konzeptionierung, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Testautomatisierungs- und Testframework-Lösungen für komplexe Enterprise-Anwendungen

  • Integration automatisierter Tests in CI/CD- und DevOps-Prozesse zur Sicherstellung hochwertiger und stabiler Software-Releases

  • Durchführung von funktionalen Integrations-, Performance- und Lasttests sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Softwarequalität

  • Aktive Förderung und Weiterentwicklung einer „Quality First“-Kultur durch enge, bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs­teams, Architekten und Fachbereichen

  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Teststrategien, Testprozessen und Automatisierungsstandards in einem agilen, cross-funktionalen Umfeld

DEINE ERFAHRUNG & TALENTE

  • Erfahrung mit branchenüblichen Automatisierungstools wie Selenium, Cypress oder Playwright

  • Starke Scripting-Kenntnisse in Java, Python oder JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Sicherer Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines (z. B. Jenkins, GitLab CI oder Azure DevOps) zur Integration automatisierter Tests in den Software-Lebenszyklus

  • Gutes Verständnis für Clean Code und modulare Architekturen kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, bestehende Lösungen kritisch zu reflektieren und nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln

  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Offenheit für konstruktives Feedback sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in diversen und agilen Teams

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau), idealerweise durch entsprechenden Nachweis belegt
