Quality Assurance Engineer
About this role
YOUR MISSION
Own and drive quality excellence across manufacturing and operations in a high-tech environment
Act as the go-to interface between QA, Engineering, and Operations
Lead non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis
Shape and run FMEA sessions, CTQ frameworks, and control plans
Ensure flawless execution across manufacturing, integration, and testing (MAIT)
Challenge processes, raise the bar, and ensure full compliance with customer & regulatory standards
Play a key role in audits, product qualification, and continuous improvement
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Proven track record in Quality Assurance within complex manufacturing environments
Strong expertise in RCA, Non-Conformance Management, FMEA & quality systems
Hands-on with measurement systems (M&TE, MSA) and inspection processes (KIP/MIP)
Confident working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Fluent in English (must-have) | German/French/Swedish is a plus
You bring experience, ownership, and curiosity – this is not an entry-level role
