About this role
DEINE MISSION
Strukturierte Aufnahme, Analyse und Übersetzung komplexer fachlicher Banking-Prozesse in klare, technische Anforderungen (User Stories, Product Backlog) für agile Entwicklungsteams
Fachliche Steuerung und Priorisierung des Backlogs, Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien sowie Definition und Überwachung der Produktvision
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung bestehender Finanz- und Banking-Anwendungen unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Standards
Enge Zusammenarbeit und transparente Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen, Software-Architekten und der Management-Ebene, um eine reibungslose Implementierung zu garantieren
Aktive Mitgestaltung und Vorantreiben agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Entwicklungszyklus in cross-funktionalen Teams
DEINE ERFAHRUNG & TALENTE
Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Product Owner oder Requirements Engineer im Banking- / Finance-Umfeld (z. B. Kreditgeschäft, Zahlungsverkehr oder Compliance)
Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) sowie den gängigen Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence).
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe geschäftliche Abläufe schnell zu durchdringen, logisch zu strukturieren und verständlich auf den Punkt zu bringen.
Exzellente Moderations- und Teamfähigkeiten, Offenheit für konstruktives Feedback sowie ein souveränes Auftreten als Brückenbauer zwischen Business und IT.
