Crossroads is looking for a Lead Express Service Technicians who take pride in delivering quality vehicle maintenance and exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and lead team of Express Technicians
Monitor and manage Express Team workflow processes
Responsible for training of new Express Techs joining the team
Perform oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance
Inspect vehicles and recommend needed services
Deliver efficient, high-quality express maintenance services

QualificationsQualifications
Express service experience preferred
Must be available to work Saturdays
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR review
