Operations Strategy Lead

About this role

What You'll Do:

We are seeking an Operations Strategy Lead to join our Ops Strategy & Enablement team.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects and workstreams that improve how Operations work across our Performance Media commercial models. You will help design, document, roll out, and continuously improve workflows, frameworks, and ways of working that make our operations more scalable, efficient, and clear for teams across regions. You will be expected to surface insights, flag risks, and recommend options to inform decision-making.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who combines strong project management skills with operational thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. You will partner closely with Operations leadership, Product, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to turn priorities into practical solutions and drive delivery from scoping through implementation.

What you’ll be doing

Project delivery and operational improvement

  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects and workstreams that support Operations priorities across assigned commercial models

  • Build clear project plans, define milestones, identify dependencies, track risks, and drive delivery through to completion

  • Drive alignment across Operations, Product, Commercial, and other partner teams; surface trade-offs and recommend approaches to keep initiatives moving

  • Support the translation of business needs into operational improvements, practical processes, and scalable ways of working

Workflow and operating model documentation

  • Design and document customer journeys, operational workflows, and process standards for assigned topics or commercial models

  • Clarify roles, responsibilities and interaction points across teams

  • Propose and maintain escalation paths, decision-making guidelines, and supporting documentation, bringing recommendations to the right stakeholders for validation

Performance insight and continuous improvement

  • Define and track relevant operational metrics such as efficiency, quality, SLA adherence, and process adoption

  • Use data and field feedback to identify issues, validate assumptions, and support improvement opportunities

  • Proactively identify opportunities for simplification and standardization, and bring forward concrete recommendations to drive continuous improvement

Stakeholder collaboration and communication

  • Build strong working relationships across Operations, Product, Commercial, and related teams

  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and operational changes clearly to different audiences

  • Act as a trusted partner who helps move work forward, keeps teams connected, and is not afraid to challenge assumptions or recommend alternative paths when needed

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in project management, operations, business operations, service delivery, or similar roles

  • Comfortable leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, coordination, risk tracking, follow-up, and execution

  • Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear actions and deliverables

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics simple and actionable

  • Comfortable forming a point of view and advocating for it; able to influence decisions through clear reasoning and well-structured recommendations, without needing formal authority

  • Analytical and data-informed, able to use metrics and feedback to support decisions and identify improvement opportunities

  • Curious and with a strong interest in how processes, tools, and teams work together

  • Fluent in English
