GENERAL SUMMARY: Operation of multiple lasers. Responsible for the production of parts in a safe manner following the routing described and the specifications required by the blueprint. |

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS: |

EDUCATION: |
|
High school graduate or equivalent preferred. |
|
|
|
WORK EXPERIENCE: |
|
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required. |
|
|
|
SKILLS: |
|
A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must have blueprint reading skills and be able to check parts to print. Develop a high level of machine knowledge so as to avoid downtime, breakdown, and/or damage. |

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: |
|
Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the job. For normal set-up and operation of laser. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 24 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Typically requires standing on a regular basis and walking and stooping occasionally. Must be able to handle parts for inspection, stack parts and move parts to next operation and/or work station. Specific vision requirements include depth perception and peripheral vision. |
