Credo Qualified is Credo's supplier recognition program for manufacturers, packaging suppliers, ingredient suppliers, and other partners that meet Credo's Standard.

 

POSITION PURPOSE

Support the growth of Credo Qualified by helping build partnerships, coordinate marketing and events, and keep the program running smoothly. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sustainability, marketing, and program management while working directly with Credo's Head of Science & Impact.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support outreach to prospective Credo Qualified partners.

· Help foster an engaged community through communications, webinars, and networking events.

· Coordinate supplier communications, renewals, and application materials.

· Maintain program trackers, databases, and engagement metrics.

· Assist with website updates, LinkedIn content, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials.

· Help identify opportunities to grow awareness of the Credo Qualified program.

 

PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Head of Science & Impact, Marketing, Merchandising, Creative

External: Manufacturers, packaging suppliers, ingredient suppliers, laboratories, and Credo Qualified businesses

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with external partners.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Interest in sustainability, beauty, or consumer products.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or LinkedIn.
