Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and tech-savvy Senior Human Resources Executive to champion our day-to-day HR operations, spearhead advanced talent acquisition pipelines, and scale our organizational growth frameworks. The ideal candidate will take absolute ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, optimize our digital HRIS ecosystem, and lead high-impact strategic initiatives including OKR frameworks, regional alignment, and comprehensive campus recruitment partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & University Alliances

  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Lead and optimize full-cycle recruitment strategies, implementing advanced sourcing methodologies to attract high-caliber talent for complex and critical requisitions.
  • Campus Partnerships & Employer Branding: Design, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with top-tier universities; spearhead high-impact campus placement drives and structured Management Trainee Programs (MTPs) to build a robust future talent pipeline.
  • Strategic Onboarding: Elevate the employee integration experience by designing and auditing a seamless, compliant, and highly welcoming onboarding journey that accelerates time-to-productivity.

2. HR Operations, Policy, & Advanced System Administration

  • HRIS Ecosystem Optimization: Serve as the functional administrator and super-user of our digital HRIS platform (Zoho People), ensuring data integrity, automating workflows, and leveraging system analytics for HR decision-making.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee and refine critical lifecycle milestones, including high-level performance evaluations, structured confirmation workflows, leave administration protocols, and dignified, compliant offboarding processes.
  • Policy Architecture & Compliance: Lead the drafting, updating, and auditing of corporate policies, organizational guidelines, and comprehensive employee handbooks to ensure compliance with local labor laws and modern workplace standards.

3. Performance Culture & Regional Alignment

  • OKR Framework Architecture: Facilitate, train, and guide departmental heads through the design, implementation, and periodic review of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring tight alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Cross-Border Integration: Act as the primary strategic bridge between regional leadership and distributed team members (including international and remote staff) to drive cohesive engagement, unified culture, and goal clarity.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to staff, effectively managing complex employee relations issues, resolving grievances with deep empathy, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: MBA or BBA specializing in Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven, progressive experience in an HR Operations, Generalist, or Business Partner role, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-forward environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced, hands-on experience configuring and managing modern HRIS platforms (direct, deep expertise with Zoho People is highly prioritized).
  • Strong structural familiarity with implementing and managing performance tracking frameworks, specifically OKRs.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional commanding communication skills (both written and verbal), sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of handling sensitive matters with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Execution & Autonomy: Demonstrated capability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage critical operational transitions under tight timelines, and influence strategic talent initiatives independently.
