About this role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Consultant with experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations across various SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional and technical solutions.
Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and rollout projects.
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations with clients.
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide post-implementation support.
Develop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Ensure SAP solutions follow industry best practices and organizational standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative SAP solutions.
Support integration between SAP and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules, such as: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP EWM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP BW/4HANA, with the ability to configure, implement, customize, and support SAP solutions based on business requirements.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and conducting UAT.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
