? We’re Hiring: Civil Engineering Intern!

Are you a motivated civil engineering student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience on dynamic infrastructure and building projects?
We are looking for an ambitious Civil Engineering Intern to join our engineering and project management teams! In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience across site execution, costing, drawing reviews, and project management—while leveraging modern digital engineering and AI tools to streamline modern workflows.

? Key Responsibilities

- Drawing Review & Technical Analysis: Assist senior engineers in reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Costing & Estimation: Support the team with Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Site Supervision: Conduct supervised site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and schedules.
- Documentation & Reporting: Help draft site visit reports, daily logs, and official project documentation.
- AI & Digital Engineering: Utilize generative AI tools and engineering software to streamline technical research, reports, and data management.
- Quality & Compliance: Help enforce engineering standards, safety protocols, and company SOPs.
- Field Survey & Inspections: Participate in data collection, structural measurements, and material verifications.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with site contractors, material suppliers, and internal teams.

? Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Currently enrolled in a BSc in Civil Engineering (or a recent graduate).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction drawings, and site practices.
- Digital & AI Aptitude: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for task automation and documentation efficiency.
- Core Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, strong team spirit, and a fast willingness to learn.
