Our Singapore office is hiring a Senior/Account Executive to help service our growing Culture & Entertainment clients. We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking individual with a natural curiosity and
passion for how Culture & Entertainment can build brands and business.

Job Description

As part of the Brand Consulting team, this individual will play a critical support role on our flagship accounts. The person will help the team advise, activate and manage our client’s unique Culture & Entertainment remit on a global and multi-functional scale.

Reporting into the Senior Account Director, this individual will get exposure to a range of marketing, campaign and project management disciplines and tasks: from research and ideation, to social and PR through to relationship management and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Servicing

  • Provide support to the Senior Account Director and broader Brand Consulting team on day-to-day servicing of client accounts
  • Assist in account administration, budget planning, client presentations and reporting
  • Establish and maintain communication with partners, clients and external stakeholders.

2. Projects & Event Management

  • Assist with overall project and event management including deliverables tracking, fulfilling and managing partnership deliverables, ensuring alignment with the broader partnerships strategy
  • Support end-to-end online-to-offline campaign integration and execution, including brand and event activations, social media, digital content, influencer marketing, talent management, and experiential marketing
  • Assist with operational management and the smooth execution of projects and events deliverables outside standard business hours, including occasional weekend work, as required

3. Team Support

  • Assist in internal department liaison where necessary – such as participation in sponsorship pitches,

support in campaign and creative ideation

  • Monitoring the latest trends in Sports, Entertainment & Culture and Technology
  • Additional ad hoc support as required

Job Requirements:

  • Min.2 years of experience in branding and/or partnerships, marketing-related field.
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); additional Asian language skills (e.g. Japanese or Korean) are a plus
  • A passion for entertainment and sport, with a strong understanding of pop culture and emerging trends
  • Ability to think holistically on overall brand and partnerships goals
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and proactiveness
  • Ambition, enthusiasm, reliability and a strong work ethic
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build new relationships
  • An organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure
  • A team player who is also comfortable working autonomously
  • Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking
  • A natural communicator with good written skills and attention to detail
  • Well-versed with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) on both Microsoft and Apple interfaces
