What we are looking for:

On a day to day basis you will be assigned to a given customer project, working and engaging with various stakeholders from both the business and technical teams.

Typically projects will be complex transformations covering Alpha/ Beta based work.

Key to this position will be the responsibility for managing requirements, focusing on Elicitation - Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations you will explore, extract and gather information through various methods including conducting and leading meetings/ feasibility studies and workshops and workflows to extract both functional and non functional requirements translating these into clear actionable business requirement documents.

You will also interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, utilising this for problem solving around any issues or making data driven decisions, mapping these into “to be” processes.

Skills required to successfully apply for the role:

Provide strategic business analysis services to business stakeholders, supporting the delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Review end-to-end business processes to identify operational, financial, and technological risks, and recommend appropriate improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency, optimise processes, and enhance customer outcomes.

Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business needs, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Delivery, Design, and Engineering, to support successful project delivery.

Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience working in a UK Government setting/Public sector ideally

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Proven experience around mapping to be processes with heavy involvement around Alpha/ Beta stages of projects

Ability to work within the UK unrestricted.
