Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) Expert(e) en sinistres bilingue - Réclamations automobiles pour rejoindre notre équipe au Québec. Le poste est à distance.
Le candidat retenu enquêtera, évaluera, négociera et réglera les réclamations par téléphone et par correspondance. Il règlera les pertes dans le cadre de l'autorité déléguée ou fera des rapports aux clients tout en orientant également les experts sur le terrain et les conseillers juridiques selon les tâches.
Ce rôle nécessite des interactions fréquentes en anglais et demande de lire et de préparer des documents en anglais régulièrement.

We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Desk Adjuster - Auto Claims to join our team in Quebec. The position is remote.
The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims by telephone and correspondence. Settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters and legal council on a task basis.
This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.
