About this role

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead quality system tools: Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, MSA
  • Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely closure
  • Support ISO and third-party certification activities
  • Support PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • Develop inspection and testing standards
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Support supplier quality and performance monitoring
  • Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2–3 years of manufacturing or quality experience
  • Strong root cause and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in assembly or machining environments
  • ISO 9001 / AITF 16949 certification experience
  • Experience with PPAP, FAI, CAPA
  • Lean or Continuous Improvement experience
  • Supplier quality experience
  • Power BI, Minitab, or advanced analytics tools
