ON SITE IN HUDSON, MASSACHUSETTS

We are looking to hire an on-site STOCKROOM ATTENDANT & SHIPPING/RECEIVING CLERK to join our Planning organization at our Hudson, Massachusetts, facility. This individual will contribute to the successful operation within our manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who is familiar with manufacturing operations that include material handling, as well as shipping to ensure continued customer satisfaction, someone who has technical experience, and someone who can track scheduling/deliveries, so they ship/arrive on time and within budget.

POSITION DESCRIPTION (OVERVIEW)

  • Load and unload trucks using proper lifting equipment
  • Receive, Track, and Monitor shelf life, store, and distribute or transfer materials
  • Data Entry: material received, editing inventory quantities, supply sign out sheets
  • Kit hardware and materials
  • Transport parts and materials by Company vehicle
  • Crate and package finished parts

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient computer skills: Excel/Word/Email. Microsoft Access a plus
  • Good mechanical skills
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Have good communications and mathematical skills
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and follow verbal direction
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Use a forklift and crane
  • Knowledge of industrial supplies, hazardous materials, and tools
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Previous Stockroom/Shipping experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
  • Salary Range - $24.00 - $26.00 / hour
