Oportunidad de empleo...
Buscamos un/a Loyalty Intern para brindar apoyo operativo al equipo de Loyalty dentro del departamento de Sales.
Tareas a realizar
- Análisis y seguimiento de los asistentes telefónicos configurados por el equipo.
- Creación de informes creativos de resultados que muestren el beneficio aportado por los nuevos productos adquiridos o las mejoras obtenidas.
- Estudio y análisis de datos, lo que nos facilitará más y mejores oportunidades para detectar clientes con necesidad de incorporar nuestro asistente de llamadas, subir de tarifa u otras opciones que ofrezca el sistema.
IMPORTANTE: PARA PODER REALIZAR PRÁCTICAS EXTRACURRICULARES ES REQUISITO INDISPENSABLE MANTENER EXPEDIENTE ABIERTO, ESTAR MATRICULADO DE AL MENOS UNA ASIGNATURA EN EL CURSO O CURSOS EN EL QUE SE DESARROLLEN LAS MISMAS Y NO HABER OBTENIDO EL 100 % CREDITO EN EL MOMENTO DE INICIAR LAS PRÁCTICAS. EN EL CASO DE LOS ALUMNOS DE GRADO Y DE MÁSTERES A PARTIR DE 90 CRÉDITOS DEBERAN HABER SUPERADO EL 50% DE LOS MISMOS.
