Work Schedule:

This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role is onsite with standard working hours 8:30AM-5PM. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.


Responsibilities: 

  • Perform cosmetic and advanced aesthetic procedures and treatments involving the skin, face, and body; 
  • Promote client retention through consistent, detailed, and timely follow-up communications and care 
  • Provide client education, instructions, and counseling related to aesthetic procedures, outcomes, and aftercare; 
  • Assist other providers with their clients and the practice's needs as directed; 
  • Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the business as an individual and as a team member; 
  • Maintained a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment by adhering to infection control, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. 
  • Maintain professional competency by participating in continuing education programs, reviewing relevant literature, and collaborating with colleagues to stay informed of developments in aesthetics as an aesthetician. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Valid PA Advanced Esthetician License. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience with a wide range of advanced procedures such as cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy & micro-needling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans. 
  • Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products, and demonstrating the ability to close sales effectively. 
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client’s unique needs.
