Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, with rotating shifts. The clinics are open Monday-Thursday 9AM-8PM and Friday & Saturdays from 9AM-6PM.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and treatments involving the skin, face, and body;
  • Promote client retention through consistent, detailed, and timely follow-up communications and care;
  • Provide client education, instructions, and counseling related to aesthetic procedures, outcomes, and aftercare;
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the image and standards of the practice;
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities as required;
  • Represent the practice with integrity and discretion in all patient and community interactions.
  • Assist other providers with their clients and the practice's needs as directed;
  • Assist and support CPP's and the practice's support team as directed;
  • Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the business as an individual and as a team member;
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with applicable practice policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements;
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies and protocols to protect patients, staff, and the work environment;
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and professional regulations, including ongoing monitoring of new or revised legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the position; and
  • Maintain professional competency by participating in continuing education programs, reviewing relevant literature, and collaborating with colleagues to stay informed of developments in aesthetics as an aesthetician.

Qualifications:

  • Valid NY Esthetician License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aesthetics field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans.
  • Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products, and demonstrating the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and advanced procedures such as cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client’s unique needs.
