About this role
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Formulation Specialist to help build the next generation of high-performance oral care products.
If you enjoy translating scientific concepts into consumer-focused products and have strong experience in toothpaste formulation, this is an opportunity to work on innovative whitening, sensitivity, and restoration solutions.
What you’ll work on:
- Developing and optimizing toothpaste formulations
- Conducting stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing
- Collaborating with quality control teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Driving innovation across ingredients, textures, and product performance
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2–4 years of experience in new product development
- Expertise in surfactants, abrasives, humectants, flavors, and oral care actives
- Strong understanding of microbiology, rheology, and stability testing
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
