We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our Amsterdam showroom on a part-time basis.
You'll support both retail and trade customers via phone, email and in person, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of their journey with Corston.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration and showroom support within a premium design-led environment.
Your responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product guidance.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Support trade customers and process trade enquiries.
- Welcome and assist visitors to the showroom.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your skills, qualities and experience
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills are essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
