Document Control Jr. Analyst
About this role
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Create BOMs, change orders at all product life phases
- Work with EPMs and MPMs to set up BOMs for new products
- Follow Document Control processes
- Attend meetings representing Document Control and assigned product line
- Understand roles and responsibilities of core team members
- Daily, detailed and timely data entry to PLM
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
- A team player
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least one year office experience
- Detail oriented and organized
- Good problem solving skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- General MS Office skills
- Computer experience and ability to learn new applications
- Must be self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Able to effectively communicate, both orally and in written form in English
- Arena or equivalent PLM experience a plus
- Oracle or equivalent ERP experience a plus
