A Day in This Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll:
- Carry out treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, balance activities, gait training, and functional mobility
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor progress and communicate with the clinical team
- Complete documentation using AI-assisted technology
- Help create a positive experience for every patient
What You'll Bring
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team
- Passion for outpatient rehabilitation
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
