What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist at FYZICAL, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized, evidence-based care while helping patients move beyond pain and limitations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating patients and interpreting examination and test results
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Delivering skilled physical therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques
- Creating personalized fitness and wellness programs
- Educating patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and strategies for maintaining long-term physical health
- Accurately documenting patient evaluations, treatment, and progress
- Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining compliance with applicable state regulations, policies, and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to meet all state and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping people achieve their goals
- Commitment to continued professional and clinical development
