What We Need
Corpay is looking for a Product Owner to join our Corporate Payments division. In this role, you will own backlog priorities and delivery outcomes for a Scrum team, translating business goals and customer needs into clear, outcome-driven work. You will serve as the single accountable owner for intent translation — connecting strategy, customer problems, and execution in close partnership with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role will include:
Own Product Intent and Backlog
- Translating business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable backlog items tied to defined outcomes and measurable value
- Maintaining a well-prioritized, continuously refined backlog
Drive Delivery and Decisions
- Serving as the final decision maker on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
- Balancing short-term delivery with longer-term product outcomes
- Ensuring delivered work meets intended business and customer outcomes
Lead Team Alignment
- Aligning the team on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes across the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitating mob sessions where engineers collaborate to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and determine the right approach
- Triaging bugs and feature requests, communicating clearly with stakeholders on scope and prioritization
Leverage Modern Tools and Practices
- Using AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and delivery efficiency
- Partnering with engineering to structure work for effective execution and validation through AI-assisted code generation
- Bringing comfort and curiosity to an evolving AI-driven SDLC — this team is actively building with these tools
Partner Across Stakeholders
- Aligning priorities across Product, Engineering, and Business partners
- Managing expectations and trade-offs to maximize delivered value
Ensure Quality and Outcomes
- Validating readiness for release in partnership with Engineering
- Tracking progress against defined success measures and adjust as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Management, or similar delivery-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured, outcome-driven backlog items
- Strong facilitation skills — comfortable leading engineers through requirements discussions and mob sessions
- Active use of or genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling in a professional context (user story refinement, prompting, AI-assisted development)
- Experience in AP Automation, Commercial Card, Expense Management, or API integrations is a significant plus
- Must bring either strong PO/delivery expertise OR deep domain knowledge in FinTech/payments — ideally both

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 – $130,000, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
