THE POSITION: BUSSER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently to support the flow of service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking service area
  • Support servers and runners by assisting with water service, bread service, and general table maintenance
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to maintain pace and hospitality standards
  • Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements
  • Assist with opening and closing side work, including stocking, polishing, and cleaning

·       You have previous experience as a Bartender
