Job DetailsJob Location: PORTLAND, OR 97229Cornel's Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for a motivated, organized leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and material logistics for Plumbing and HVAC.

The Logistics Lead serves as the primary point of contact for Warehouse Laborers while managing warehouse operations, purchasing support, ASAP coordination, receiving, inventory, fleet logistics, and job costing. This position works closely with the Operations Support Manager to improve warehouse processes and ensure our field teams have the materials and support they need to succeed.

Full time, hybrid(specific set days of the week in office mandated by manager)

Pay Range: $65,000-75,000 annually

Reports To: Operations Support Manager

Primary Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations and warehouse laborers.
Assign and prioritize daily warehouse work.
Coordinate and manage ASAP requests.
Enter Purchase Orders and assist with material ordering.
Oversee receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization.
Coordinate vehicle build-outs, rebuilds, and refreshes.
Complete Plumbing and HVAC job costing.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Ability to prioritize and problem solve independently.
High attention to detail.
Purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

Majority sedentary office work
Ability to stand, walk, be on feet for extended periods
Frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
Ability to frequently life and carry objects weighing 10-50 lbs

A clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
Timely completion of ASAP requests.
Accurate purchasing and Purchase Order entry.
Accurate and timely completion of Plumbing and HVAC job costing.
Strong communication with warehouse staff and other departments.
Proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
Warehouse laborers who are productive, supported, and understand daily priorities.
Materials, tools, and inventory that are organized, accounted for, and readily available for the field.
