Role Overview

A Drian Tech is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and repairing residential sewer and drainage systems. The purpose of this role is to diagnose, clear, and repair clogs in drainage systems, using specialized tools and techniques to maintain proper plumbing function and provide solutions to customers experiencing drainage issues.

This position is fulltime. The work schedule will be either Saturday – Tuesday or Saturday – Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities

Run drain cleaning machines, snakes, and hydro-jetting systems
Use cameras to inspect pipe interiors and assess issues
Repair or replace broken, cracked, or leaking drain lines
Interact with customers communicating all aspects of what needs to happen or is happening
Create tech generated lead compensated at a percentage of the sold job

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission only position. $40/hour pay rate provided during 30–60-day training period.

QualificationsQualifications & Skills

Prior experience in the trades and/or drain cleaning a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid drivers’ license with a clean record
Proficiency in using ServiceTitan, Google Suite, and/or Apple devices a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make quick and effective decisions

Work Environment

Field position
Driving multiple times a day to customer homes
Ability to lift and carry 50-100 pounds of drain cleaning equipment, hoses, and snakes
Frequent kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing stairs
Pushing and pulling cables and equipment
Navigate confined spaces in attics and basements
