About this role
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of process and utility equipment.
Ensure minimum equipment downtime and maximum plant availability.
Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
Maintain reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, Nutsche filters, dryers, micronizers, blenders, mills, vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, agitators, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, and piping systems.
Carry out alignment, lubrication, replacement of bearings, mechanical seals, couplings, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per annual maintenance plans.
Coordinate planned shutdowns and maintenance activities with Production and Utilities.
Ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders through SAP PM/CMMS.
