About this role
To ensure proper hygienic condition of workmen before entering to packing area.
To ensure packing area entry exit procedure is properly followed by workmen.
To ensure packing area equipment are operated as per SOP
To ensure on line in process parameters like temperature, RH, Labelling & Printing quality at specific interval as mentioned in respective MMD-II and SOPs and record the same in BPR
To ensure equipment logs are maintained as per SOP
To ensure proper cleaning of packing area equipment as per SOP
To ensure proper cleaning of the Packing area.
To ensure proper status labeling of area and equipment as per SOP.
To ensure proper monitoring of TEMP/RH conditions in the Packing area.
To ensure plant wise cGMP compliance.
To impart training to subordinates whenever necessary.
To check and ensure that Good documentation practice is followed during documentation.
To take part in equipment qualification activities.
To monitor man and material movement in packing area.
To ensure that SOPs should be followed in packing area.
To prepare and review SOPs as per timeline.
To ensure calibration certificates of all measuring instruments comply with norms.
To handle additional responsibility assigned by HOD.
