About this role
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of process and utility instruments.
Ensure maximum uptime of instrumentation systems to support uninterrupted production.
Perform troubleshooting of field instruments and control systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and automation systems.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and validation of automation systems.
Coordinate with production for smooth operation during maintenance activities
Prepare and execute calibration schedules for all critical instruments.
Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, weighing systems, transmitters, control valves, and analyzers.
Maintain calibration records in compliance with GMP requirements.
