Job Description
As an intern in the Workplace Client Services team, you will support global initiatives for Unified Endpoint Management (UEM - a single system for controlling all devices in an organization). Your tasks will consist of assisting project execution, supporting project activities, and contributing to the implementation of new UEM strategies. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from other teams to help shape the future of the modern workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of Unified Endpoint Management-related projects (e.g., Intune migration, endpoint management, Autopilot & Autopatch, certificate deployment, Hardware Portfolio Management).
- Assist the Project Manager with project planning, status tracking, task management, and meeting coordination.
- Create communication materials such as guides, FAQs, and internal presentations.
- Help prepare internal communications and decision-making documents.
- Analyze project metrics and prepare reports.
- Participate in workshops and interviews to identify requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Help build the policies and plans for managing devices during their entire lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Informatics, IT Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and IT workplace solutions, IT security, and digital transformation.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel; basic understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, EPM and M365, is a plus.
- Good communication skills and quality orientation.
- Good communication skills in English – min. B2; German is a plus.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
