DORA Project Manager

This is your mission

Are you passionate about IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance? Then this position is for you.

As a Regulatory Project Manager – DORA, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across BNP Paribas entities, ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting technical and business teams throughout the deployment.

Build side:

  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous update of the DORA roadmap, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Translate DORA regulatory requirements into concrete implementation plans and cybersecurity framework actions.

  • Organize workshops, steering committees, and follow-up meetings with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Support technical and business teams in implementing DORA requirements such as operational resilience, third-party monitoring, and network segmentation.

  • Develop guidance materials, analyses, and best practices to facilitate DORA implementation.

  • Maintain project documentation, FAQs, and SharePoint knowledge repositories.

Run side:
  • Track project progress across BNP Paribas entities and proactively identify risks or deviations.

  • Produce dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for senior management.

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned stakeholders regarding DORA implementation.

  • Facilitate communication between business, technical teams, and governance bodies.

  • Escalate project risks, blockers, and compliance issues when required.

  • Continuously support entities throughout the DORA implementation lifecycle.

This is your background
You have at least 3 years of experience managing IT-related projects, ideally within cybersecurity, IT governance, regulatory compliance, or operational resilience. You enjoy coordinating cross-functional initiatives and translating regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans.
