Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about finance transformation and business analysis? Then this position is for you.

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to strategic Finance Implementation Projects, helping design and implement functional solutions that support financial reporting and accounting processes in a complex international environment.

Build side:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.

• Design operational and accounting processes aligned with business needs.

• Define financial data flows between operational and finance systems.

• Produce detailed functional specifications for technical teams.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Support the evolution of the chart of accounts where required.

• Participate in project governance meetings and provide regular project updates.

• Contribute to testing strategies and execute accounting and reporting validation.

• Support users during post-implementation and stabilization phases.

Run side:

• Analyse and manage enhancement requests related to financial interfaces.

• Investigate functional issues and propose sustainable solutions.

• Support maintenance activities for finance applications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service continuity.

• Contribute to continuous process and reporting improvements.

This is your background

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance or accounting environments. You are comfortable working on international projects, interacting with both business and technical stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective functional solutions.
