Overview

BreakThrough is redefining PT — highly-specialized physical therapists, industry-leading continuing education, and one of the highest concentrations of board-certified clinicians in the area.

Join a team where pelvic health is already a valued specialty. Our Southern Pines clinic offers established pelvic health and women's health services, alongside orthopedics, vestibular imbalance, chronic pain, and our BreakThrough Golf program — a well-rounded clinical environment in the heart of Pinehurst golf country.

Experienced Pelvic Health PT looking for a change? Join a clinic where pelvic health is a genuinely valued specialty, with a team that already understands the demand for this care, and advanced continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM).

Orthopedic or outpatient PT ready to build something new? Pelvic health is one of the most in-demand, underserved specialties in the field. We've built a genuine on-ramp: structured, hands-on mentorship, a real training pathway through EIM, and board certification support as you advance.

Live and work in one of the Carolinas' most charming towns. Southern Pines offers small-town character, a historic downtown, and a slower, more personal pace of care — all within the renowned Pinehurst golf community.
