About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Associate – Media Production who is creatively driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing fast-paced digital content production.
The role involves supporting and executing end-to-end production for influencer campaigns, UGC content, brand shoots, product shoots, social media content, and digital ad creatives.
You’ll work closely with internal creative, influencer marketing, social media, and performance teams, while coordinating with creators, photographers, videographers, editors, freelancers, and external vendors to ensure productions are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys being hands-on with production and wants to grow into a larger production and creative operations role.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Support end-to-end execution of shoots and digital content production.
Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, timelines, props, equipment, and other production requirements.
Prepare production checklists and ensure all requirements are in place before shoots.
Coordinate on-ground shoot execution and troubleshoot production-related issues.
Manage multiple production requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Ensure all production activities are completed as per campaign briefs and deadlines.
Content & Campaign Coordination
Work closely with influencer marketing, social media, creative, and performance marketing teams.
Understand campaign briefs and translate them into practical production requirements.
Support the production of UGC videos, influencer content, product shoots, branded content, and performance creatives.
Ensure content is created in formats suitable for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.
Coordinate with creators and production teams to ensure content requirements are clearly understood.
Shoot & Team Coordination
Coordinate with videographers, photographers, editors, creators, models, freelancers, and other production resources.
Assist in managing on-ground production teams during shoots.
Ensure teams have the required briefs, references, equipment, and production assets.
Coordinate between production and post-production teams to ensure smooth handover of footage and assets.
Track deliverables and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
Quality Control
Review raw footage and final content to ensure it meets campaign requirements.
Check framing, lighting, audio, visual quality, brand integrations, and overall content quality.
Ensure content follows brand guidelines and creative briefs.
Identify production or execution gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
Maintain consistency in quality across multiple projects and deliverables.
Vendor & Production Coordination
Coordinate with external vendors, studios, photographers, videographers, editors, equipment providers, and production partners.
Assist with vendor requirements, quotations, production logistics, and shoot arrangements.
Coordinate equipment, props, locations, and other production requirements.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the production cycle.
Production Operations
Maintain production trackers, shoot calendars, asset lists, and delivery schedules.
Track project progress and proactively flag delays or production risks.
Help improve internal production processes and workflows.
Maintain organized records of production assets, vendors, and resources.
Ensure smooth coordination between creative, production, and post-production teams.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in media production, digital content production, creative production, production coordination, or related roles.
Experience working with influencer marketing agencies, advertising agencies, production houses, media companies, or digital brands is preferred.
Hands-on experience with shoots, UGC content, branded content, social media content, or digital ad creatives.
Good understanding of social-first content and digital platforms.
Strong coordination and project management skills.
Comfortable working with creators, photographers, videographers, editors, freelancers, and vendors.
Good understanding of basic production workflows, shoot planning, and post-production processes.
Strong attention to detail and a good visual sense.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working onsite and being present during shoots when required.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, project management tools, and basic content/production tools is an added advantage.
