- Ensures proper communication with the test team and other project stakeholders.
- Delivery
- Strong understanding of Domain/Business, (HCS/HRS)
- Understands project/release scope, complex business needs and translates them into testing strategy
- Develops a high-level system testing approach with the stakeholders.
- Proficient with Industry standard testing methodologies ( Waterfall, Iterative, Hybrid, Agile, etc..)
- Create detailed report of findings and recommendations after testing is complete and present to stakeholders
- Stay up to date in current tools(Automation, AI), techniques to incorporate into testing practices and drive adoption in the team
- Knowledge-share with team on techniques and results to continuously improve the service offering and mentor junior members of the team in techniques and best practices
- Manage transitions (Ongoing vis-à-vis Implementations vis-à-vis Leveraged Shared Services)
- Manages resources and work allocation projects.
- Lessons Learned Documentation and Implement learning for future
- Ensures quality and timeliness of test deliverables.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to obtain sign-off for agreed to test phase deliverables.
- Manages risk identification and risk analysis sessions and uses the results for test estimation, planning, and control.
- Assesses and reports test status and metrics to project stakeholders.
- Identifies skills and resource gaps in their test team and sources adequate resources.
- Proactively initiates/contributes in test process continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintains and agrees on entry/exit criteria for phases of test as per master test plan.
- Collaborates with GTS stakeholders and vendors to continually improve infrastructure, processes, and systems.
- Identifies tools (test automaton/test management/AI) to improve test efficacy and efficiency.
- Liaises with stakeholders for readiness and availability of test environments.
- Manages hiring, performance appraisals, and pay reviews
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Eligibility Requirement
- Strong understanding of HCS (HW/DB) Domain & Applications
- Minimum 12 years’ of experience
- Either Engineering or technical graduates
- Strong analytical and communication knowledge
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL
