Job Summary

The Pricing Analyst II supports profitable revenue growth within the Tolling business by developing, analyzing, and maintaining pricing models for new and existing client opportunities. Based in Guatemala, this role works closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and other business partners to evaluate pricing scenarios, identify cost drivers, assess financial impacts, and provide recommendations that support competitive and profitable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain pricing models, proposals, business cases, and financial scenarios for new and existing Tolling opportunities.

  • Gather, compile, and validate operational, pricing, and financial data from multiple functional areas, resolving missing or inaccurate information.

  • Evaluate Tolling-related cost drivers, revenue assumptions, service requirements, operational metrics, profitability, and margin impacts.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Pursuit Teams, and other stakeholders to understand pricing requirements, risks, and internal approvals.

  • Prepare revenue projections, profitability assessments, sensitivity analyses, and comparisons of pricing alternatives.

  • Monitor and update pricing and statistical information in company systems and ensure model outputs align with requested pricing components.

  • Identify commercial and operational risks, communicate findings, and provide practical, data-supported recommendations.

  • Present pricing analyses and financial insights clearly to stakeholders and management.

  • Contribute to improvements in pricing processes, tools, templates, data quality, and standard procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  • Experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analysis, revenue analysis, commercial finance, operations analysis, or related analytical role.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze revenue, costs, margins, operational metrics, and profitability.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify cost drivers, evaluate pricing alternatives, and make clear recommendations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and strategic-thinking skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional areas.

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Tolling operations, transportation-related services, customer proposals, RFPs, or pricing requests.

  • Knowledge of commercial pricing strategies, revenue and expense recognition, and integrated financial statements.

  • Professional Finance or Accounting certification such as CMA, CFA, CPA, or CA.

  • Experience with automation, low-code/no-code tools, Macros, VBA, or advanced analytics solutions.
