Document Control Specialist
Location: Remote, US
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please consider this when applying
Employment type: Full-time
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm EST.
About the Role
As a Document Control Specialist, you will provide document prep, sort, verify information based on client requirements. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exchanges information and ideas effectively.
- Responsibility Statements
- Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.
- May require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed.
- Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
- Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
- Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
- Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
- Captures information based on client requirements.
- Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
- Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to perform repetitive document handling tasks for extended periods of time.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
