Bis zur offiziellen Eröffnung unserer neuen Niederlassung im Sky Tower arbeitest du ganz entspannt im Homeoffice.
Deine Aufgaben:

Kundenbetreuung: Betreuung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon.

Kommunikation: Freundliche, professionelle und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation auf Deutsch.

Beratung: Kompetenter Vertrieb und fachkundige Beratung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen.

Datenpflege: Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im System.

Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
