Location: Traverse City, MI
Job Type: PRN / Per Diem

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function while delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor and report patient progress and response to treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Michigan PTA license
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
