PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity – Skilled Nursing
Looking for a flexible PRN Physical Therapist opportunity in Battle Creek? Join a supportive therapy team providing quality care to patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services
• Improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
