Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time & PRN Opportunities

Flexible Part-Time & PRN Positions Available in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Looking for a rewarding therapy role with scheduling flexibility? Join our skilled nursing facility team as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services to improve daily living skills and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Complete timely documentation, care planning, and billing
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy programs and safe functional practices
• Participate in discharge planning and care conferences

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience preferred
