We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Charlevoix, MI.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled PT interventions
- Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment and safety
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- SNF experience preferred but not required
