Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Director of Rehabilitation provides clinical leadership and oversight for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services while supporting quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall team performance.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and department financial performance
- Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance
- Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls)
- Manage departmental resources and reporting
- Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Prior rehab or therapy management experience preferred; Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
