About this role

Reporting to the Vice President, Litigation, this role supports the company's litigation, investigations, and e-discovery efforts by managing legal holds, coordinating discovery activities, and partnering with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive efficient legal processes, and ensure compliance with litigation and discovery requirements.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing operation of legal holds and use of third-party legal hold system (Exterro) to manage and track compliance with legal holds, including communication with custodians, IT, outside counsel, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage litigation discovery matters and support responses to subpoenas, including document preservation, collection, data transfer, and review preservation, and discovery processes.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, in-house legal team, other corporate functions, and third-party vendors (such as Epiq) to facilitate discovery and litigation-related activities.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on case needs, to streamline workflow, and minimize litigation expenses.
  • Support litigation team’s matters and as needed, the broader in-house legal team’s matters, including coordinating with outside counsel, third-party vendors (such as Epiq), IT, and other corporate functions on discovery and investigations.
  • Support proactive management of discovery and litigation-related expenses, coordinating with corporate procurement employees, discovery vendors, and manager as needed. Support tracking and reporting on discovery-related spend.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices in for e-discovery and litigation project management. Make recommendations for process improvement, where appropriate.
  • General litigation support.
  • Other support activities as directed by manager.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree required; legal studies or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in litigation support, legal operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes, discovery workflows, and litigation-specific software tools for data collection, processing, document review, and secure transmittal of data and documents, such as Relativity and Microsoft 365 e-discovery tools.
  • Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
