Human Resources Generalist
About this role
- Provide day-to-day Human Resources partnership and consultation for assigned functional teams.
- Coach and advise leaders on effective administration of Human Resources programs and employee-related matters.
- Support the implementation of employee relations policies and practices while providing professional guidance to functional leadership.
- Lead the coordination and administration of Human Resources programs including equal employment opportunity, unemployment, litigation support, retention, turnover, terminations, and severance activities.
- Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal to support business needs.
- Assist with programs and policies that promote diversity, inclusion, and compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support recruitment efforts, candidate selection, succession planning, and future talent needs.
- Design and execute reporting and data analysis to identify trends and support business decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional Human Resources Certification or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of professional Human Resources (HR) experience.
- Experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations
- Experience in employment sourcing, employee communications, employee relations, and leadership support.
- Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development.
- Experience managing projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in conflict management and mediation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HRIS.
- Demonstrated success multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Experience building strong consulting relationships and influencing business leaders through coaching and partnership.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
