About this role

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will play a hands-on role in building brands and developing original visual assets that support marketing initiatives and campaign ideas. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver thoughtful, compelling work with consistency, precision, and strong attention to detail while staying current with emerging creative tools, technologies, and industry trends. You love design as a craft and understand how brands come to life across every consumer touchpoint. You will help shape and execute cohesive visual identities that drive brand awareness, engagement, sales, and conversion while supporting a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Translate briefs, business goals, and consumer insights into strategically grounded creative concepts that build brand awareness, engagement, sales, and conversion.
  • Develop ideas from concept through final execution, creating mood boards, storyboards, style guides, and presentations that clearly communicate the creative vision.
  • Bring established brand systems to life across retail, shopper marketing, e-commerce, digital, social, web, and content platforms.
  • Design scalable campaign toolkits and production-ready materials, including advertising, retail creative, digital and social assets, and on-screen graphics.
  • Support and help direct photography, video, and content initiatives from pre-production and on-set collaboration through post-production, while creating and editing social content for digital and social channels.
  • Partner with designers, strategists, marketers, and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work across channels and formats.
  • Apply strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and an understanding of the consumer packaged goods landscape to produce relevant and commercially effective work.
  • Explore emerging creative tools and technologies, including generative AI, and occasionally participate on camera when concepts require it.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverables from concept through completion.
  • Present creative concepts and visual solutions clearly to internal partners and stakeholders.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of design or art direction experience within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, strategic thinking, and multi-channel execution.
  • Experience translating brand audits, creative briefs, consumer insights, and performance data into strategically grounded, executable creative ideas.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and the importance of consistency across consumer touchpoints.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing for digital and social platforms using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Interest in generative AI and emerging creative technologies; experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting photography and video productions from preparation through production.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Passion for brand design, particularly within the food and consumer packaged goods industries.

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
