Senior Mobile Software Engineer
About this role
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to own the mobile engineering suite at a mission-driven Series A fintech building financial tools for immigrants in the US. You'll be the senior mobile hire on a tight-knit team of 40, working closely with founders and engineering leadership to shape the product that powers banking for millions of Latino families. This is a founding-level opportunity with significant ownership, strong equity upside ahead of an imminent Series B, and the chance to drive technical decisions in a company growing 20%+ month over month.
What will you be doing?
Own the entire mobile engineering function: taking mobile development off the front-end team's plate and driving it forward independently
Build and ship new features in React Native across iOS and Android, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams
Define mobile architecture patterns, tooling, and processes that enable the team to ship fast without sacrificing quality
Work cross-functionally as a senior leader within the engineering org: managing stakeholders, presenting ideas, and pushing the business forward
